I do agree with the part about convincing a manager
about the viability of jserv with such numbers.
However, I don't agree with your implication that
100,000 people have successfully installed and if
someone is not able to, then it is their fault.
I seriously doubt that 100,000 people downloaded
jserv sources and successfully built mod_jserv.so
or mod_jserv.dll. In my experience, the software is
also to be blamed partly in some cases.
