I know that the LDAP server is needed to do this, and I don't like that one bit. However, I like the sound of being able to administer all my machines (3 right now; 4 coming soon) from one central location. Out of curiosity, is there a Linux based utility that allows for remote editing and synching of .conf files? Does anyone use something like that now to administer multiple machines?
