Punky,
Thanks for the information.

I will look into the possibility of doing
what you suggested. If, successful, I will
definitely contribute it to the community.

Thanks,

Frank,
No, I've checked the ApacheJServ.vct, which is used to build the
installer, and I found that the installer does not support silent setup.
You are required to download the source from CVS, build the source, modify
the settings in the Installer VISE, and rebuild the installer.  And of
course, you need to test the installer by yourself.  But we are apprecitated
if you can make it and then contribute your work to the community.

Regards,
Punky

Subject: Silent Install of ApacheJServ

Java Apache Users
I hope this is the right place to post this inquiry,
but if it isn't, please tell me where a better place
would be.
We are trying to install ApacheJServ 1.1 using a
silent, non-interactive mode so that all our installs
will be consistent.
Has anyone had success doing this?
Since this is installed using VISE, a Settings.ini file
is required. However, this file needs to be manually
constructed with the proper variable settings that
ApacheJServ is expecting. Can anyone tell us
the name for each of these variables?
Thanks for your help.
