Don't make us guess your problem!!! ---------------------------------------------------------------- Hi there I'm trying to install and run apache with jserv and i encountered problem that java server (org.apache.jserv.JServ) does not react to any request (which results in ajp12: ping: no reply (-1) error in apache of course). And what is strange too is that it does not write anything to it's log file. I compiled it in debug mode and i think my configuration is ok (when started JServ creates log file, but never writes anything to it). So i have no idea what can be wrong, but even if i connect to it from telnet an write anything there, no result, no error, nothing in log occurs. I'm using apache 1.3.12, jserv 1.1.2, jdk 1.1.8 and jsdk 2.0. jserv is build as static module, not dso. Compilation is successful, and both apache daemon and JServ class can run, just JServ is not sending any reply to any input. Btw, java itself is running ok i think, we have successfuly started corel office for java on it. I have seen similar problems in faq and mail digest i have read, but i have not found anything that would help me there, so i would aprreciate any help, I really need to make it running.
