Well, it's not even recognizing the alias. I get a 404 on that.
Any ideas?

You might try setting up an alias like this:
servlet.MattHello.code=InitHello
servlet.MattHello.initArgs=testing=1
then hit
http://host/servlet/MattHello
Just a thought.
