Thank you anyway, Michael.
I am upgrading to Tomcat, that seems to be the correct way to work with
jsdk 2.1 servlets.

i can't really say what's the problem. the only thing i know is that it
worked on my server without problems. maybe you should first try to get
it
running with jsdk2.0.

Michael,
Have a look on the error i received when replacing jsdk.jar with
servlet.jar:
java.lang.AbstractMethodError:
org/apache/jserv/JServSession.setMaxInactiveInterval
at
org.apache.jserv.JServConnection.processRequest(JServConnection.java:323
)
at
org.apache.jserv.JServConnection.run(JServConnection.java:188)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

JServ is not really designed to run with jsdk 2.1. in it's documentation
you
will find the notice that JServ only runs with jsdk2.0. but still, i've
replaced the jsdk.jar with the servlet.jar and everything worked
perfectly.

How can i run Jserv with JSDK 2.1? Jserv requires jsdk.jar to be in the
classpath. It was replaced by servlet.jar in jsdk 2.1.
I tried to rename jsdk.jar to servlet.jar, but there are some
incompatibility errors.
