I got this in NT also. I worked around it by installing Jserv in the 
Apache Group/Apache directrory and then editing the path statements 
to be relative paths. For some reason, it will fail fro the first 
couple of path statements and then all of a sudden stop prepending 
the Apache Root path in front of the path that is already there.

Bug, with Jserv 1.1.2 possibly?
