Seriously, there is no wierd dependency involved (wot not registry?). The only
thing you want to do cleanly is to unhook mod_jserv from Apache if you want to
keep that Apache instance intact.
1. Remove jserv.conf, and remove the include statement for it from httpd.conf,
along with any ApJ statements you may have added
2. Remove mod_jserv.so from the Apache libs
3. Clean up jserv.properties etc.
