I merged the standard Apache CVS commit mail script with some features I
added:
- CVSWeb support (annotate files, diff and view files)
- Disable inline diffs (really useful when you want to do diffs through
CVSWeb)
- Emulation for the email address of the commiter (good within companies
with one domain, $cvsuser\@$domain)
