Had been working on their latest Java SDK 4.0, so there is nothing
that can be done about it from the compiler side. It might work if
jserv was configured to use the Microsoft JVM. My jserv isn't
using the Microsoft JVM. I haven't bothered trying it - mostly
because I wanted the option of using some JDK 1.2 features.
The problem may be that MS JVC produces classes that
aren't 100% compatible with Sun's JVM.
Whatever the cause, I'll be sticking to Sun's JDK because I can't
seem to find the JDK1.2.x offering from Microsoft. They don't
seem to have one.
The most annoying thing about VJ++ is that I haven't managed to
work out how to plug in another compiler. It's times like these
that I wish I purchased something else.
