Log:
Moved the DOAP file to a different location. Note that it has never been
included in the site and it is also not necessary to include it. It is only
used to generate http://projects.apache.org/ and must be referenced in
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/infrastructure/site-tools/trunk/projects/files.xml.
I will inform [email protected] about the new location.
