Crystal reports
Location: Chicago,IL
Duration: 6+months
Billing rate: $50-55/hr
Specific Experience Required
. 3-5+ years of Crystal Reports (v9 and XI) development experience
. Database structure, data mining, and data analysis experience
. Ability to effectively translate business requirements into Crystal reports
. Experience acting as lead report developer on application implementations
. Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ITIL
processes
. Working knowledge of ITSM Applications (e.g. BMC Remedy, HP ITSM, FrontRange)
. Well organized, works effectively with minimal direction, able to work with
various technical teams and business partners of all levels
. Ability to manage several projects and/or development requests at once
. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
. Well organized, works effectively with minimal direction and has the capacity
to multitask
. Remedy 6.3 and 7 report development experience a plus
