*Oracle EBS* Description Summary: *IT QA Engineer* position for undertaking the Tool development, manual and white box testing. Responsibilities: Should design and develop new Test Automation Tools for company's IT products. Should perform manual and white box testing of Oracle E-Business Suite. Developing J-Unit test cases in Oracle middleware. Maintain and enhance the existing testing tools. Write test plans and test cases based on the specs provided by Product Management and Dev team. Develop test automation scripts to maximize the test coverage, cut down the testing cycle time and improve test efficiency. Analyze and report test results to product teams. Log bugs and track them until resolution. Work efficiently with developers and support engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver the product with a great quality. Knowledge and Skills: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. A total of 4 - 6 years experience with 1 year of programming experience in Java. Hands on experience in Oracle E-Business suite. Hands-on any of the database (Oracle, SQL queries etc.) and XML Experience in complete QA methodology, writing test plans, test cases and execution plans. Experience in testing (methodologies and process) of web-based enterprise systems Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge/experience of Perl and/or UNIX and/or other scripting language. Good Team player Self-starter and highly motivated individual.
