- #1: *CBS (credit swaps)*
- *Java v1.5*
- *Weblogic 9.2*
- NO Swing Frameworks
- J2EE
- Approx *30% core Java*
- Self-start to "hit the ground running"
- Good communication skills
- Trading/clearing experience is nice-to-have but not required
