Pay rate: 57/hr C2C Start date (if applicable): ASAP!!!!!! Job details: Proactively manage and direct integrated project plan development for Fixed Network, New Cellsite Deployment and RF Modification Wireless Projects. Analyze, design and document to Network Engineering, Operations and other affected organizations the plan for the regional markets, including appropriate investment, policies and procedures. Drive cross-functional/cross departmental policies and procedures as well as the development of wireless intelligent network architecture voice and data tactical plans. Provide support with management the Network Capital budget and growth planning and implementation process. Candidate Qualifications: * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI is highly desired. * BS in Electrical Engineering, Business and/or Finance (and/or minimum of 5 years combined experience in the areas of managing, designing and/or maintaining wireless telecommunications networks or 10 years of equivalent experience) * Master's degree in related technical discipline and/or MBA preferred. * Understanding of general accounting principles and the budgeting process. * Demonstrated ability to lead others in a technical environment. Experience deploying Nortel, ALU, and Cisco network infrastructure. * Experience with delivering project status reports to executive leadership team along with risk assessment, and recommendations to management. * Working knowledge of PC's and general office applications software MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint (MS Project and MS Access desired). * Working knowledge of switch architectures, transport (facility), and intelligent network architecture planning. * Inventory management and control experience in a PeopleSoft environment is desired. * Basic Accounting principles and fixed assets understanding. * Must be able to meet deadlines and daily goals. * Must be well organized and able to work under time pressure. * Willing to work extra hours to meet business demands. Some evening & weekend maintenance window (12am-5am) project management support work required.
