Junior IT Recruiters for US Process • The candidates should have atleast 1 year experience working in a US process. • Should have in-depth knowledge of the process of US recruitment. • As a technical recruiter, sourcing the job seekers profile from various Job portals like Dice, Monster.com on the client’s requirements. • Negotiate with employers about rate fixation. • Interacting with consultants over phone and conducting telephonic interviews. • Good communication skills is a must. • Willing to work during the night shift. 2. US Telecallers. • Overall 2 years plus and atleast 1 year experience with Outbound calling in US. • Should be able to handle Inbound calling as well. • US accent is a must with good communication skills. • Should be comfortable working in different US time zones. • Internet Marketing and Portal knowledge a BIG Plus. 3. Viral Marketing/Online Marketing/Directory Postings/Article Writing. • Overall 2 years plus and atleast 1 year experience in US Online marketing. • Should have very good written skills. • Knowledge of Internet Marketing is a must.. • Should be comfortable working for different US time zones. 4. Online Marketing Manager. • Overall 4 years and atleast 2 years experience in Online marketing. • Must have led a team of minimum 8 members. • Should be an expert in Internet Marketing. • Very good communication both Spoken and Written. • Should be willing to work in US time zone.
