Thank you for your help!!* * * *Position: SCADA developers/Testers* *Positions: 6* *Locations: CA, NJ and IL* *Rate: Open (Try to keep low rates)* *Duration: Long term* Testing SCADA protocols to protect critical infrastructure for transportation, chemical, utility and military installations, basically this is a security engineer experienced with management of SCADA systems in these industries and experience is always referred to as SCADA in resumes. These are operations/controls engineers versus strictly IT security engineers (sometimes they don't trust each other and have to be cajoled to work together)... We are also looking for CISSP level IT security engineers who have experience testing systems for security vulnerabilities both externally (penetration testing) and internally (onsite). Additionally I look for Certified Business Continuity Planners (CBCP) to conduct BCP work for banks, hospitals, etc, to plan for recovery of IT infrastructure and systems after a disaster. Security engineers in the IT field with knowledge of HIPAA (health care) or Gramm-Leach-Bliley/SAS 70 (banking) or NIST 800 (government) standards bodies, with certifications related to these are particularly in demand as well, depending on if the client is wanting specific experience with these compliance programs when shopping for a vendor to test or do IT security work.
