Technical QA Project Leader Our Client in Blue Bell, PA is looking for a Technical QA Project Leader with the following: 9 Months+ *Must have 5 Years of Computer Systems Development exp. in a Pharmaceutical GXP Regulated Environment, Mid Level Project Manager Exp, ability to define quality metrics.* *POSITION DESCRIPTION:* The incumbent is responsible for leading the identification, planning and execution of quality and compliance (validation) services in support of the Department*s IT quality management activities. These activities include, but are not limited to: quality planning, validation management, creation and stewardship of System Life-Cycle documentation and Standard Operating Procedures as well as the coordination of system testing. Responsibility spans three distinct projects: D Model, BRGOS and NWAES. * TECHNICAL SKILL SET:* *Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Mathematics, Life Science, or commensurate experience in *Software/Systems Engineering, Software/Systems Validation, and Quality Assurance.* *Experience supporting development of large-scale, complex, global technology solutions. * Candidate will be responsible for *managing 3 projects.* *At least *five years of computer systems* development *experience in a Pharmaceutical GxP-Regulated Environment. **Intermediate project management skills. *Excellent *written, oral communications* and presentation skills. *Working knowledge of software development tools, including: *testing, configuration management and change/release management. **Demonstrated ability to negotiate and mediate quality issues. *Demonstrated familiarity with quality concepts as they apply to software engineering. *Ability to define quality metrics and expected control measures for projects, collect data to verify completeness and correctness.
