LOCAL BAY AREA CANDIDATES REQUIRED. Must be architect level with at least 2 + years of recent experience with Trizetto Facets exp!! Description: Manage the technical team responsible for migrating and integrating data from a new 3NF database into existing legacy dimensional marts. Responsible for developing project charters and project plans for data migration and integration projects. Mentor / direction setter for the project team in data migration and data warehousing in an onshore/offshore Oracle / Informatica environment. Will be expected to have the technical expertise and judgment to select their own team members and will be held completely accountable end-to-end for the population of 1-2 data marts. Identify, document and resolve risks and issues for the team. Escalate critical risks and issues. Work with Business Systems Analyst to coordinate QA, business and team testing. Provide weekly team status reporting. Create and maintain team project schedule and provide updates for master Data Integration project schedule. Must have in-depth (10+ years) of technical project team leadership experience, migrating / integrating data in an onshore/offshore Oracle / Informatica environment. Healthplan experience is strongly preferred. Looking for a "micro-business", entrepreneurial mindset, where you are fully responsible for end-to-end delivery of a major deliverable, to aggressive budget and timeline limitations. Must have MS Project, Oracle, and Informatica experience. Informatica technical development team leadership experience, issue/risk management, resource management, MS Project scheduling experience.
