In addition, the position will analyze large amounts of data in multiple environments. The position will provide critical support to the NSO related to Servicer and loan level surveillance. Partner with CLM Ops as a NSO business unit expert liaison on data requirements, report design, surveillance model design and maintenance to help the organization track and address roll rates, SDQ, workout campaign performance, and other adhoc needs as required. Maintain complex programs and models used to target Servicers for selection and further review by the NSO's Servicing Mgt team. Extract and transform large datasets from multiple data sources. Support the effectiveness of controls within the NSO including documentation of key processes and programs Prepare presentations suitable for senior management. Analyze complex data and communicate observations suitable for management Develop, maintain and analyze campaign level P&L models to ensure optimal ROI. • 3-5 years of work experience in the areas of MIS, analytics, reporting, and/or Information Technology. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Project and Visio). • 3-5 years of experience with database management software, such as MS Access, Business Objects and Oracle 9.0. • Strong SAS 9.0 programming and development experience preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Analyze and interpret results to assist business users. • Ability to anticipate and adapt own and/or work group tactics to support changing business conditions.
