Execute various identity life cycle management end to end tasks (provision, de-provision, and reconciliation, push and pull data from authoritative sources). 3. Deploy digital certificates in IDM Knowledge of Common steps for session handling, processing & storing attribute values, custom *JSP *development*, XSLT*, *AJAX code* on *IDM tool* Creating new forms and workflows as per project requirement. Use command line tools and scripts for IDM system maintenance /data upload etc. 4. Few advance customizations using project specific technical documents for simulating various unit code, develop business logic (preparing use cases) , configuring password policies, configuring resources, provisioning policies, workflows, forms , approval and notifications, customizing UI interfaces ( forms/JSPs, branding), 5. Should be able to *trouble shoot* simple workflow, *gateway*, agent issues and able to map it to product trouble shooting guides to finding resolutions Step by step approach for IDM execution, loading data into IDM system, naming conventions, coding best practices of Java in IDM, *XML Mapping* *Configuring* and *Customizing Settings*: of directory server 6.
