Hope you are doing great, This is *Guru Appaji *from *EZEN Computer Services Inc* , Please do let me know if you have anyone for the below requirement, if yes, kindly reply me back with your consultant updated resume in word format, contact information, current location, visa status and rate. * * *Application support with Bind DNS * *Location: sterling, VA* *Duration: 6 months* *4 positions* Responsibilities: · Support Ultra, other products and services supported by Technical Application Services team. · Support Tier-2 support teams by developing various applications monitoring applications and reporting tools. · Review Product Requirement documents and develop/execute operational and performance test plans. · Assist Tier-2 teams with trouble shooting customer issues in Production, preprod and Customer test environments. · Track, follow-up, and report on the status of corrective and preventative actions for Issues encountered in production. · Help various teams including Engineering/QA with trouble shooting and debugging customer issues in the Production Environments. · Required to work , on call rotation 24/7 · Act as a liaison between offshore teams and internal teams including Engineering/QA/PMO/SRM/SD in communicating, scheduling and installing various releases/patches into the customer facing environments. · All other duties as assigned. *Qualifications:* * * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferred field of study: Information System/Computer Technology 3-5 years work experience · Good analytical, verbal and written communications skills · Domain knowledge about DNS. · Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines · Self-motivated and takes initiative to get projects/tasks done · Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment with shifting priorities · Experience/knowledge of Software Development Life cycle · Strong Oracle Database experience(Writing SQL’s,PL/SQL) · Operational experience in a production support environment · Experience/knowledge of Shell Script / PERL · Knowledge of DNS , BIND/NSD Please feel free to call or mail for further details, thanks and Have a great day.
