Position details are listed below: Position: Project Manager Location: Fort Worth, Texas Duration: 3-6 months *Position Details:* The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, directing, and coordinating activities and major projects at American Airlines. Provides project oversight and ensure compliance to AA’s structured development methodology, and manage overall IT budget for these areas and work with various vendors to ensure IT delivery. Candidate must possess a can-do attitude, needs to be results oriented, have a high energy level, process-oriented, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. Develops and manages project charters, budgets and plans for complex projects. Assists in the identification, reporting, & resolution of risks and issues as well as mitigation plans. Interacts with the technical teams & business teams to ensure necessary activities are completed. Leads daily project tracking, planning and status meetings. Develops and implements project communication plans.
