*Requirements* Minimum four years experience in data related work with at least two years as a senior data analyst for large, complex decision support systems. Extensive experience in identifying and documenting business requirements in a data warehouse environment including use of joint application design facilitation or other requirements gather techniques. Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work on cross-functional teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and complex business concepts in technical terms Experience with IBM DataStage, QualityStage, FastTrack and Business Glossary preferred. Extensive experience in building enterprise conceptual and logical data models, data profiling, data modeling, data mapping and metadata efforts and data quality initiatives.
