Requirements: Technical skills 7+ years of Java and J2EE experience. 5+ years of Sybase/Oracle/SQL server experience 3+ years of scripting (Shell or perl or other scripting) experience. AJAX/Swing/STRUTS Need to have good communication skills. Candidate will be facing the end-users directly. Lead experience not a must, but will be a plus.
