Dear Business Partner, Hope you are doing great, This is *Guru *from* EZEN Computer Services Inc* , Please do let me know if you are comfortable for the below requirement, if yes, kindly reply me back with your updated resume in word format, contact information, current location, visa status and rate. * * *Requirement 1* *Lan admin* *Location-TX* *Duration : 12 Months* * * · Provide *Level 2/3 LAN/WAN* support, perform hands on problem determination, manage break fix vendor/carrier problem. · Provide support for *BAU t*rouble ticket resolution within *SLA**timeframes * for all tickets assigned Work with the *network control* and engineering group to troubleshoot connectivity and voice quality issues. · Perform application of software patches to support vulnerability threat management and the issuance of documentation to support deployment. · Provide *ACL* support and advance system troubleshooting support for all voice products including toll bypass and inter-operation of local systems to gatekeeper infrastructure. · Assist with the creation of work instructions by documenting solutions and resolutions and root cause analysis for incident and problem management. · Diagnosis *DHCP* scope issues and submit to s by location and verify IP address assignments. Diagnosis programming issues and/or errors of network and system configurations, system features and routing along with specialized applications within Communication Manager, *Call Manager, Modular Messaging, Unity, Message Networking* and *CMS* as directed by team manager. · Assist with review of installed configurations for all gateways and peripheral devices at remote sites. Initiate changes requests and document actions. *Skills required:* · Strong working knowledge of *Cisco routers* and *switches* · Strong working knowledge of at least two of the following routing protocols: *EIGRP, BGP*, *OSPF.* · Strong working knowledge of network general sniffers and probes. · Extensive HANDS ON experience with configuration and troubleshooting multiple *Cisco* and *Avaya VoIP* products and tools: Working knowledge of * CUCM7.x* · Working knowledge of *Avaya CM5.2.1* Required: *CCNP* and or *CCVP* * * *Requirement 2* * * * * *Cisco Network * *Location :TX* *Duration: 12 months* * * Review, and approve or reject as appropriate, all network related Change requests. · Attend relevant Change Control Review meetings to discuss changes with Engineering, Senior Management and Business groups as necessary. · Implement scheduled network changes, perform network checks and manage the acceptance process.
