Must recognize and employ process modeling/mapping methodology by Bruce Silver. - Must have deep understanding of relational database concepts. - Experience with business rules systems like Blaze, Pega or WebSphere ILOG JRules is helpful. - Visio and excel are required tools and proficiency with them is required. - Must be able to show demonstrated experience designing business process maps. - Enterprise Decision Management (EDM) expertise or experience is a big plus. - Candidate must be comfortable designing and delivering presentations, proposals and a compelling message to an executive audience. *Industry Experience:* - Experience in the Insurance and Mortgage industry is useful.
