Senior Nortel MPS 500 skill Applications Developers

Rate: $60/hr

 

Required

 

·         Nortel Certification in MPS 500 application development.

·         At least 3 years experience developing applications for the Nortel 
MPS 500 IVR system.

·         Nuance factory training in tier 3 voice recognition relating to MPS 
500 application development.

·         At least 2 years experience developing MPS 500 applications using 
tier 3 Nuance voice recognition software.

·         At least 2 years experience integrating MPS 500 software with various 
databases for use with CTI.

·         At least 2 years experience developing CTI desktop applications for 
the Nortel MPS 500 platform.

·         Experience participating in production support activities of a team, 
with focus on timely and accurate resolution of issues.

·         Experience with all aspects of the software development lifecycle and 
workflow, estimation and target date planning, work plan development and 
monitoring, quality assurance, development methods/techniques and testing 
methods and techniques, solution development and evaluation of alternatives.

·         Must be able to develop and maintain MPS applications with little or 
no factory support.

 

Preferred

Experience with Nortel Contact Center, CS1000, and VOIP.
