* * *This is David with Sancrosoftusa* * * *Title: Project manager* *Location : Foster City , CA* *Duration : 12 Months* *The project is supporting a large application & data migration from one external vendor to another with supporting the data migration, regular data extracts, and QAing data migration, data provisioning and and application functionality. **REQUIRED** as well as experience managing matrixed development teams with competing priorities. This role will initially be for a very strong project coordinator to support the Development Managers and the Technical Project Manager as well as the QA Manager. Pending the migration the role will transition to Project Manager on multiple Information Services / Business Intelligence related projects. Ideally this candidate will have Credit Card Loyalty Program experience. Candidate must be highly organized; be a detailed notes taker with strong attention to detail. Writing and communication skills must be very strong. The candidate must be able to develop project communication artifacts quickly and accurately to track action items (inventory/status/accountable parties/next steps/due dates) and current status across project deliverables and QA Descrepancy Reporting. Microsoft Tool Suite expertise (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & Project) are a must. The main function of a project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc. An entry level project manager typically has a Bachelors degree and previous experience with project management. As the levels progress, the years experience increase along with leadership expectations, with the introduction of a supervisory role at Level 4. The technical skills, including knowledge of business and management principles, increase across levels, starting from basic at Level 1 to expert at Level 5. Education/Experience o Bachelor degree in human resources or a related field.
