IVR Analyst (x1-2)

This position is located in NV. 

An experienced business analyst with a focus on IVR initiatives. This person
should have at least 3 to 5 years analyzing large-volume IVR data.
Experience should include speech-enabled self-service.  Experience in
telecom industry would be a plus.

This person will be responsible for:
.         Assisting our customers to understand the goals and results of IVR
projects
.         Analyze and interpret IVR performance based on business objectives
.         Determining projected and realized ROIs of IVR projects
.         Determine KPIs specific to IVR and analyze performance based on
those KPIs
.         Project call volume and future usage data for IVR initiatives
based on available data
.         Make recommendations on the flows and IVR functionality to the
customers and IVR developers based on report data
.         Combine multiple data sources to create daily, weekly, monthly
reports
.         Work with developers to understand existing applications and make
suggestions on new or improved applications
.         Analyzing speech grammars: isuccess rates, confidence weight
scales.  Also make suggestions on building new grammars and improving
existing.

Preferred Skills:
.         Avaya CMS
.         Contact center experience
.         Data analysis skills
.         Avaya Voice Portal IVR
.         Writing database queries (MYSQL, MSSQL, Oracle)
.         Working knowledge of MS Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Project)

Candidate should have ability to travel (not more than 25% of time). 



IVR Developer  (x4)

This position is located in WA

The person hired will design, develop, write test cases, perform tests on
and support new IVR applications on our existing IVR platform as part of a
team. They will upgrade, maintain and make recommendations on existing IVR
applications.  They will assist in gathering reporting data from the system,
and run ad-hoc reports when needed using SQL, and scripting. They will be
working out of a code repository accessed by other team members.

Required:
Java 1.5+
Linux experience (Red Hat,  CentOS)
Web service development

Also desired:
Any IVR experience
Avaya Voice Portal and Dialog Designer
SVN or CVS

Also helpful:
Knowledge of call centers (especially Avaya)
Tomcat
Perl scripting / shell scripting



IVR Voice UI/Designer (x1)

This position is located in Las NV. 

This candidate will have experience designing and tuning speech IVR
applications with a record of success. They will be able to interpret report
data to make recommendations on how to modify existing IVR applications.
They will have knowledge of, and enforce industry standards and best
practices. 
*       3-10 years experience designing flows for IVR 
*       2-5 years experience with speech enabled IVR applications 
*       2-5 years creating, assisting in creation, or tuning of grammars 
*       Experience in the telecom industry a plus.
