Required skills: Min 7-8 yrs hands on related experience SAP IS-Utility Customer Service Front Office functional configuration SAP CRM ABAP Programming SAP CRM and IVR Genisys Integration using Web Services & RFCs Strong knowledge in IS-Utilities customer service module. Strong experience in configuring and building technical solution for CRM & IVR with Genisys Integration for call center. Excellent IS-Utility ABAP programming Skills. Excellent IVR integration skills in IC-Web environment with programming knowledge using RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs and User Exits.
