MANDATORY Requirements (add additional sheets if necessary):
NOTE: CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET ALL MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE
CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER EVALUATION.
· 4 years of experience developing Object-Oriented enterprise *Web
applications in .net with VB as the target language.*
· 4 years of experience and excellent Object-Oriented design
programming skills, up-to-date experience with current best practices in
software engineering and an ability to trouble shoot, extend and bring
legacy .net applications up to standard.
· 4 years of experience designing and developing interactive *Microsoft
Reporting Services reports*.
· 4 years of experience and strong skills in User Interface Design
for enterprise Web Application with a concentration in task-based user entry
forms, rapid prototyping and experience using *Infragistics NetAdvantage
controls*.
· 4 Years experience in *Database design & optimization, writing &
optimizing SQL queries, procedures & triggers for MS Sql Server databases. *
· 2 years of experience coding custom workflows and workflow engines
from the ground up using .net and Sql Server
· Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and
have excellent interpersonal and both written and oral communication skills.
NOTE: No travel is anticipated.
· DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance: (add
additional sheets if necessary):
· Experience developing with *Rapid Application Development and
Agile software methodologies*, and an ability to produce rapid prototyping
is desired.
· Business analysis skills and process engineering experience is
desired.
· Current Microsoft certifications / competencies a plus
· *Sql Server 2008, Team Systems or Windows Presentation
Foundation*(WPF) a plus
