*Position Title: *Genesys Engineer Location - Houston, TX
Duration – 6 months contract with possible extension *Roles and Responsibilities* *Role* The Genesys Engineer plays a key role with the maintenance of and production of Genesys and related telecommunications System, Functional and Systems Specifications. This person also functions as the configuration and maintenance of Genesys and telecommunication interfaces, Routing Plans and client hardware and software. This person works closely with the entire internal IT and business organizations, as well as various vendors and deployment teams to ensure the sustaining operation of call center technology in the IT production environment.
