Understands: a) File structures and relational data base concepts and facilities. b) Development methodologies. c) The various computer-operating platforms and systems used by Information Technology. 3. Ensures the success of assigned projects by managing expectations and controlling perceptions by clearly understanding the scope, working within the defined scope, and communicating accurate status. 5. Provide on-call support as required. 6.
