Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process. Will be required to set up and coordinate testing for moderately complex Telecom applications *Required Skills: * 5+ years of working in Software development life cycle(*SDLC)* experience. Candidate must have previous QA experience in a software development environment. * Strong Communication skills. *Must have experience beyond software testing with emphasis on executing and improving IT quality systems through properly written test plans. Strong problem solving with ability to analyze complex system requirements and define discreet test scenarios to provide full functional coverage Experience mocking test data to satisfy test scenarios Familiar with *Quality Center, PVCS Tracker* Ability to lead, coordinate between teams. Ability to function independently and provide status and issue escalation to lead Ability to quickly absorb and understand system design, data model, and functional components of large software system Ability to work with testers/developers and answer technical questions Ability to work closely with various IT teams and the business community to execute and improve quality processes including necessary documentation required to support all testing functions Involves significant amounts of writing and testing. *Preferred Skills * Prior exposure to Client Applications: Consumer / Business registration and online portals.
