Location : Groton, CT Rate: Open Technical Lead responsible for supporting, troubleshooting and providing technical consultation for Imaging and Scanning application. Candidate must have IT implementation experience with large, global health science applications. *Qualifications:* *Technical Skills (5-7 years experience):* Strong experience with Application support, maintenance, capacity planning, and monitoring. Unix System admin experience in pharmaceutical industry Java, J2EE Document management systems (preferably OpenText LiveLink and EMC Documentum) Working knowledge of WebLogic mid tier and load balancing Good experience with Imaging and scanning technologies (scanners, OCR, TIFF, PDF, SCSI PC interface) Experience with large, global health science applications *Soft Skills:* Superb analytical skills in developing thought process, fact/data seeking, hands-on research, attention to details and making knowledgeable decisions in the normal as well as urgent/critical situations. Dedicated and committed with a track record of business deliveries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in articulating technical content to both technical and non technical audience. Independent and self driven with little supervision and guidance in assuming the responsibilities.
