This job requires gaining a strong working knowledge of business applications as well as a strong understanding of how business users could utilize or adapt the software to support their areas of responsibility. This is a hands on position requiring both leadership and technical problem solving skills. * Specific Skills Required:* Business Analyast experience; ability to read and analyze client requirements; ability to create table updates and verify their accuracy; Strong Microsoft experience (WORD, Excel); Excellent follow-up skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Mainframe knowledge (as listed below) required. * Key Responsibilities:* Analysis of client requirements and subsequent tabling of reference table updates using existing TCS entry method and validation tools.
