S/he will be part of a software development team and will be responsible for the following activities: Analysis of business requirements, translation of design and development of mobile application on the Android and BlackBerry platforms. S/he will work closely with the Project Manager and design/technical team to interpret business requirements and effectively develop the application according to the requirements. *Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Development & Delivery: - Participate in the specification and design phase - Prototype, code and test components - Work with the development team and clients during the testing phase - Support operational and production systems when needed Teamwork and Project Execution: - Meet with design and technical staff on projects, technical specifications and deadlines - Demonstrate an understanding of coding standards - Make innovative contributions and embrace new ideas - Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members - Consult with team members on design and delivery of content to ensure functionality *Required Skills and Qualifications: * - 2+ years developing mobile applications on the *Android *and* BlackBerry*platforms - Knowledge of common Android framework APIs - Location, Camera, Notifcations, Map AP - Must have worked with actual *Blackberry SDK * - Knowledge of web service technologies and services - Experience with Android *SDK* - 3+ years of experience *building mobile applications * - 5+ years of experience developing with *Java* - Experience developing web applications using *HTML, CSS & Javascript * - Extensive experience with *XML* and* XSLT * - Good oral and written communication skills - Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science Selected Candidate must provide own laptop & software: - *Dell Latitude D630 or equivalent (CPU - 2GHz or above, RAM - 3GB, Disk - 80 GB or above) - Windows XP Professional SP3 - Symantec Antivirus 10 - Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 - Microsoft Visual Source Safe 2005 - Microsoft SQL Server 2005 client components (SQL Server Management Studio)' - Microsoft Office 2003 or above - User should have admin privileges to install / remove Client software * If you are interested, please provide me below information.
