Calculates and issues contractual credits. Calculates and issues manual invoicing when required. Provides reporting as needed to support and monitor contractual commitments. Researches contractual billing issues, requests rate setup changes when needed, calculates and issues any required corrective adjustments, and provides a resolution summary. *Work Complexity:* Performs administrative, professional and/or technical duties that are often complex, following standard procedures and guidelines. *Knowledge/Skills:* Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of job related tools and applications as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills. Generally requires 4 -6 years of job-related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. *Preferred Knowledge/Specialized Skills: * Good understanding of financial principles and concepts. Good interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
