Skills and Qualifications *
*Required (e.g.) *
• Minimum 7 years of technical PeopleSoft HCM experience; 9.1 experience
required.
• Proficient in PeopleTools 8.52 including Peoplecode, Application
Messaging, and Application Engine
• Experience with PeopleSoft workspace technology
• Proficient in Oracle 11g DB
• In-depth functional/technical knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.1 WFA, Talent
Acquisition Management, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service
• Responsible for remaining development as well as defect fixes.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of turn
around.
• Good communications skills

• Hands on experience in integration technologies including Integration
Broker, Component Interface and Business Interlinks.
• Expertise in upgrades from PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 to 9.1
