Job Description/Role & Requirements: ESAP OM SME. Requires interaction with
US leads to support delivery of ESAP projects, interact with centers and US
support folks to help support VOIP order issues.
Required skill sets: Resource must have the knowledge of existing Verizon
Provisioning VoIP network or similar. Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
* Skill's Required: *
* 8-10* years overall experience in OOA/OOD, Java, J2EE technologies,
including but not limited to: JDBC, EJB, Spring, Hibernate, JMS, XML & XSLT
6+ years experience with Oracle Weblogic Server, Web Services or equivalent
(like IBM Websphere), that includes installation, deployment, trouble
shooting and monitoring J2EE applications
6+ years experience with Oracle RDBMS using SQL, stored procedures and
triggers
6+ years of hands-on experience in UNIX/LINUX/Solaris environment and
related utilities including shell scripts.
Ability to quickly perform proof-of-concepts for validating new technology
or approach
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrating
exceptional analytical thinking, adaptability, multi-tasking, enthusiasm
and motivation
Ability to co-ordinate between onshore and global offsite teams with
experience in generating daily/weekly/monthly metrics of offshore SDLC to
demonstrate quality/effeciency of offhore delivery.
Ability to identify and work on eliminating bottlenecks in offshore
delivery process proactively to ensure committed projects are delivered on
time/budget.
Skills Preferred:
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Configuration Management tool such as CVS (highly desirable)
2-4 years experience developing applications using C++, C
Java certifications
Required years of experience: Sr. Module Developer
What systems, hardware, software etc., do the candidates need to have
experience with: Oracle, C++, JAVA, J2EE, UNIX/Solaris
