Responsibilities* • Work with Client teams to define scope of development efforts. • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform. • Communicate with other internal & external resources regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions. *2. Qualifications * 2.1 Strong SFDC development experience (5+ years) covering APEX and Visual Force development • Proficient in the following areas: application development using Apex classes, Visual Force pages, triggers, S-Objects, creating report types, reports and dashboards, data/code migrations, import/export records to Salesforce, addressing performance issues. • Experience with standard tasks mainly involved in the design of the application and creating the objects, record types, validation rules, email templates, workflows and approval process • Knowledge of SOQL • Basic administration skills on SFDC • Exposure to supporting applications in SFDC 2.2 Experience developing complex, interconnected systems using cloud services • Development experience using data integration technologies including WebServices, Informatica Cloud Services (ICS), Biztalk, Informatica PowerCenter and other • Experience using a number of partner products in the AppExchange marketplace • Experience in integrating legacy systems • Strong software engineering background including performance optimization, test automation and knowledge of best practices • Exposure to SFDC best practices and guidelines in implementing the solution • Should be able to think beyond the product boundary to suggest solution alternatives 2.3 Core programing and software engineering experience • Programming skills including HTML5, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, AJAX • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts • Knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases • Passion for quality and writing clean, solid, readable code that scales and performs well • Understanding of XML/WSDL, DOM, and other W3C standards • Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs • Experienced and comfortable working in an Agile development environment *3.
