If you are interested, please send me your updated resume along with the needed information listed below. * Data Analyst Location: Basking Ridge - NJ Duration : 6+Months Position Responsibilities: * * Manipulating large data sets in Excel 2010; summarizing data; creating / utilizing excel formulas / developing macros to simplify and expedite manual and repetitive tasks; and working within Verint Enterprise Feedback Intelligence (EFM) and Feedback Intelligence (FI) survey software application * Required Skills & Experience * * Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience o Previous work experience as a survey programmer and/or in data processing is a plus, but not required. * At least 5 year's experience working with large data sets * Must have advanced knowledge and hands-on advanced expertise in Excel 2010 including: creating and applying formulas (e.g., sumifs, vlookups, nesting, etc.), pivot table and chart creation, macro creation and utilization; experience with Visual Basic * Ability to quickly learn, manage, query, and report on multiple large data sets which will include HRIS data, survey responses, and Verint Enterprise Feedback Intelligence (EFM) and Feedback Intelligence (FI) software application * Provide advanced data summaries and analysis of results from assigned projects and other high priority data collection efforts * Independently generate ad hoc queries in excel upon request * Exposure to survey programming platforms like Verint EFM / FI, Survey Monkey, Confirmit, etc. * Exposure to SPSS and/or other data tabulation software a plus This contracted position will provide support for Human Resources Voice of Employee research projects. This position works directly with VOE team members to support enterprise-wide VOE research and results reporting.
