Hi! Below is an immediate need for a SharePoint BA for our N Va location. The initial project is with our client in Arlington and we expect the consultant to split time between our Tysons office and the client site. This project is working very closely with a client PM with oversight from our Engagement Manager. *Business Analyst* We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our consulting team as a Business Analyst in support of Enterprise Content Management projects. More than an Analyst, at ICF Interactive, you will be a Business Advocate that focuses on end-user and client outcomes from project kick-off to launch. We strive every day to “Be Awesome” for our clients, as part of a cross-functional team creating first-rate web based enterprise solutions for our clients. Your typical day may include: · Presenting a proposal to a prospective client · Facilitating requirements sessions with client stakeholders · Creating customized business requirements, use cases or user stories · Defining business and system workflows · Meeting with developers to clarify client expectations · Developing a governance, taxonomy, or content strategy · Working with clients to train them on a new solution · Running through test cases to verify development matches requirements · Analyzing a client business process to provide recommendations for improvement You can expect a wide variety of projects at ICF Interactive. Your first project might be a targeted strategy engagement, a large scale AGILE development project, a from-scratch system implementation, or a web site redesign.
