*Business Data Analyst/ Systems Analyst Location: Knoxville-TN Duration :
6+Months *
*Description: *• Performs business systems requirements studies,
including documentation.
• Ensures business system integration, minimizing data and process
duplication, with other business processes
• Implement a development methodology for application development
projects.
• Develops conceptual data, process designs and data flows.
• Conducts logical data modeling, leads and performs data conversion
mapping when replacing existing systems (manual or computerized)
• Creates and maintains an Enterprise Data Dictionary.
• Maintain customer relationships and open communication to anticipate
changing business and application requirements.
• Assists and mentors developers with data and query design.
• Provides project management for application projects.
• Assist in the deployment of applications on PC and UNIX environment.
• Participates in management and technical reviews as required to keep
management informed of progress and significant issues and to ensure data
consistency.
Project Management software, Microsoft Project preferred.
Familiar with Agile concepts including Scrum.
Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks; must
possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience as a Scrum Master is strongly desired.

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate business users needs to technical staff
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
