We have 30 openings for QA Testers in Basking Ridge, NJ. This is 6 months Contract ( possibility of right to hire) Rate $45/hr MAXX Healthcare experience a must. Responsibilities include: 5 yrs of experience in QA 1. Analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases for NJDC State Exchange (HIX) projects 2. Ability to write test cases and execute testing 3. Product test and driving defect resolution 4. Assist business users in defining User Acceptance Testing, test cases and plans 5. Establish and maintain test cases and test data 6. Create and maintain test cases in Quality Center 7. Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review and user group meetings for quality assurance 8. Work with business users, system analysts, designers and programmers to create and analyze various required project documents 9. Participate in production implementation verification and being accountable for validating system quality Plan, document, evaluate and track testing results to ensure system applications are free from defects 10. Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and /or functionality within Information Technology software 11. Comply with standards of the software development life cycle and follow strategies, plans and procedures within information Technology software 12. Comply with standards and strategies of the software development life cycle 13. Design and develop detailed test cases from complex business requirements 14. Prepare test data to support test cases 15. Execute test cases 16. Record and prioritize test defects 17. Troubleshoot and isolate problems encountered during testing; triage and root cause analysis 18. Coordinate with Release Manager to ensure environments contain proper code release and data for testing 19. Communicate testing status and escalate testing issues to the Project Manager 20. Coordinate with PM on matters of test data and test plans to maximize efficiency across test phases 21. Work with PM and Business to select/create test scenarios from user stories for User Acceptance Testing 22. Support UAT testing execution, data requirements, and defect resolution Excellent Communications skills. Ability to travel to customer and client sites.
