If you are interested, please send me your updated resume along with the needed information listed below. *Position:UX Lead/Architect* *Location:Irving - TX* *Duration:12+ Months* *Description* THIS POSITION IS FOR A UX LEAD The UX Architect will be involved in the development of information architecture, UX strategy, and planning for all of the Verizon CTO product offerings. You will be conducting user research, creating user personas and use-case scenarios, creating wireframes with annotations, and work with visual designers and developers to translate wireframes into live/real concepts and experiences. The UX Architect will significantly influence the final product by working in close collaboration with business and development teams throughout the different phases of the product development lifecycle. *Responsibilities* . Collaborate with product development teams to understand business objectives and user needs . Iteratively refine design wireframes and workflows based on feedback from product teams, business stakeholders, or clients . Produce storyboards, site maps, wireframes, interaction flow diagrams, and other design artifacts . Establish and defend user-centric design principles . Define overarching user experience guidelines . Ability to educate, recommend, and persuade product teams, stakeholders, and clients about your UX ideas without being dogmatic . Help build style guides, create reusable interface elements, and refining existing ones . Able to turn rough ideas/requirements into touchable, measurable user experiences, designing and planning interfaces based on modern design patterns for web and mobile platforms . Strong understanding of iOS and Android human interface guidelines and principles *Requirements* . 8+ years professional experience as a User Experience lead or similar role . Strong problem solving skills and can communicate ideas, design rationale, and specifics of a user-centric design process . Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks . Comfortable presenting strategy and designs formally . Good instincts for usability, but validates ideas by measuring and analyzing data . Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects at the same time, prioritizing workload whilst maintaining strong attention to detail. . Value speed and an iterative approach to design and implementation of UX ideas and strategy . Understand the value of semantic markup, progressive enhancement, and accessibility . Understand opportunities and constraints of multiple platforms (web, email, smartphone, tablet) . Experience designing for one or more platforms (web and mobile) . Experience with web AND mobile design patterns and trends . Ability to understand HIG guidelines as a baseline and push innovative ideas around UX and interaction design . Experience with Adobe Photoshop and other vector/raster based illustration tools . Highly motivated and takes pride in what's crafted . Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects at the same time, prioritizing workload whilst maintaining strong attention to detail. .
