If you are interested, please send me your updated resume along with the needed information listed below. *Position: Cloud Engineer/* *Architect Location:Knoxville TN Duration:6+ Months Job Description: *· Develop custom scripts using Perl, Python, or other scripting · Designing and deploying scalable, Migrating, Managing, highly available, and fault tolerant systems on AWS · Implementing and controlling the flow of data to and from AWS · Lift and shift of an existing on-premises application to AWS · Selecting the appropriate AWS service based on data, compute, database, or security requirements · Identifying appropriate use of AWS architectural best practices · Ingress and egress of data to and from AWS · Reporting on engagement financial performance (planned and actual) · Escalation point to manage issues · Provide initial reference implementation of cloud deployment scripts with the context of a continuous delivery / continuous integration environment targeting Amazon’s Web Service EC2 platform and the on premise EMC vSphere platform. · Generate and document configuration files, scripts and environment parameters for CI / CD implementation. · Install, configure, and deploy OpenStack platform, and provide documentation and instructional material. · Build and configure coordinated source control extraction, system deployment and load balancing framework using Puppet technology. Create documentation and instructional material. · Implement LiquidBase data subset synchronization between cloud environments.
