Responsibilities Designs, codes, tests, debug, and documents software, and enhance existing components to ensure that software meets business needs. Contributor to the design and architecture to enable secures, scalable, and maintainable software and should be able to understand and implement the architectural and design direction provided by technology leadership Develop reusable patterns and encourage innovation that will enable team velocity. Collaborate on the design with other team members and product owners, both inside and outside the scrum team. Effective estimation and prioritization of deliverables. Participate in code reviews, test planning and automation discussions and strive towards gaining excellence so as to be able to mentor other junior developers on the team. Requirements: BS Degree in Computer Science or Related field 6+ years Java/J2EE experience Strong experience with SPRING, HIBERNATE, and CORE JAVA Solid JMS, EJB experience strongly preferred.
