This entails developing code to create dynamic, powerful visual analytics that help drive client's decisions related to operations, finance and the workforce. Their Technology Department is in the process of building a powerful data visualization application programming interface for tracking and reporting of operations overtime budget and other related metrics pertaining to facilities overtime usage using tools that it already has in its possession. This demands very strong technical knowledge for implementing these visualizations using the very latest technologies and has a steep learning curve to the existing staff to go through. A properly skilled consultant will fill the gaps and to that end the client's Systems Planning Division would like to hire a consultant in the interim until the in-house staff acquires the skills and the knowledge to be responsible for the design, development and production support of the interactive visualization used across the enterprise.
